I’ve always been fascinated by what makes people tick and how to make my own body and my mind function optimally.

In ‘A Question of Performance’ I’ll be talking with leaders in business, elite athletes & coaches, people who have overcome challenges and those at the top of their game, about what drives, maintains and limits performance in sport, the workplace and life.
